Three bedrooms: 1 x king-size double, 1 x twin, 1 x single. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Ground floor basin and WC. Fitted kitchen with dining area (seats 5). Sitting area (seats 5).

Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, TV with Freeview, Wifi, DVD, selection of books, games and DVDs. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and travel child-safety gate (for use between rooms, not on stairs) available. Off road parking for 1 car, plus roadside parking outside cottage. Private, enclosed rear garden with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: The walk from the harbour to the cottage is steep and may be unsuitable for guests with limited mobility, however there is ample parking by the harbour. Note: No stag/hen or similar.
